Without backup power, the cameras and recorder stop during a power cut. Footage already saved on a hard drive stays there, but new footage is not recorded while the system is off. We can quote a suitable backup battery after checking your needs.
Yes. We check recorder capacity and cable routes, then quote for the extra cameras or a package upgrade. Packages with up to 8 cameras use an 8-channel recorder; the 12-camera package uses a 16-channel recorder.
Contact us for help. Callbacks and status monitoring are included for 12 months from installation. Faulty cameras and faulty installed cables are covered by our 2-year replacement warranty. Accidental damage and power-surge damage are excluded.
No. The on-site mini PC reports camera and system availability, without giving our team access to view, record or store footage. Reporting depends on connectivity. If the whole site loses power or internet, we may see lost reporting rather than the exact fault.
Yes, the cameras are yours. Your quote sets out your payment obligations. The package includes 12 months of callbacks and status monitoring, and a 2-year faults-only camera and installed-cable replacement warranty.
Yes. We set up the app on your phone. Remote viewing needs internet at your site and on your phone. To look back at recordings, you also need a compatible hard drive installed and recorded footage.
