Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the products, site surveys and installation services provided by Verisko Security ("Verisko", "we", "us"). By requesting a survey, accepting a quote or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We supply and professionally install AI security camera systems for homes and businesses in Uganda, including hardware, cabling, configuration, app setup and after-sales support.

Surveys and quotes

We offer a free, no-obligation site survey. Any quote we provide is based on that survey and the information you give us. Prices and package details shown on our website are indicative and may be adjusted to suit your site; the figure in your written quote is what applies.

Pricing and payment

• Our package prices are all-in: hardware, installation, app setup, warranty and after-sales are included, with no hidden install fees.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is 60% deposit to schedule the work and 40% on completion.
• Additional cameras or hardware added to a package are charged at the rates quoted to you.

Installation and access

You agree to provide safe access to the property and a suitable power supply on the agreed installation date. Where site conditions differ materially from the survey, timelines or costs may be adjusted, and we will discuss this with you before proceeding.

Warranty

Our systems come with a 12-month written warranty covering hardware faults and installation workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, tampering, accidents, power surges, theft, or work carried out by third parties.

Your responsibilities

• Use the system lawfully and respect the privacy of others when positioning and operating cameras.
• Keep your app login credentials secure.
• Contact us before modifying or relocating installed equipment so we can advise and preserve your warranty.

Limitation of liability

We take care to install reliable systems, but no security system can guarantee prevention of all incidents. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verisko is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the system.

Intellectual property

The Verisko name, logo, website content and designs belong to Verisko Security and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they were last revised, and the current version always applies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
